TNT Reportedly to be Home of AEW’s New Upcoming Saturday Show

As noted before, AEW and Warner Bros Discovery are currently working on plans to launch a new third weekly AEW wrestling television show this summer. AEW is also currently planning for their upcoming new third weekly television show to feature a “soft” roster split related to Punk’s upcoming return to the company. This new show is also currently rumored to likely debut on June 17th in Chicago, Illinois.

The Mat Men Pro Wrestling’s Andrew Zarian reported that his sources stated that TNT is currently expected to be the home network for AEW’s upcoming new television show. Zarian also reported that this upcoming new show is still expected to be called AEW Collision.

AEW Rampage May 5th Show to Air at Earlier Time Slot

The May 5th episode of AEW Rampage is currently scheduled to air at an earlier start time than usual on TNT for that night.

In a recent update to their programming schedule on their official website, TNT revealed that this upcoming episode will be starting at an earlier start time of 5:30PM EST due to that night’s 2023 NHL Playoffs commitments on the network.

This will be the fourth week in a row that AEW’s Rampage will be preempted from its normal time slot due to NHL and NBA Playoffs related coverage on TNT.
