As noted before, Bray Wyatt has been out of action for WWE since this past March due to an undisclosed “physical illness” medical issue.
PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that his sources stated that Bray Wyatt is currently no longer listed in any sort of fashion on WWE’s internal roster list. No other details were given regarding the reason why Wyatt’s name is no longer listed nor his current status in the company.
Following PWInsider’s report, Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that the roster list in question had omitted Wyatt’s name specifically due to his current injury-related issues. It was also reported that those spoken to within WWE had confirmed that both Wyatt and Uncle Howdy, who is portrayed by Bo Dallas, are both still with the company.
It was also reported that while Wyatt has been hopeful and wanting to return to WWE, there has been no recent updates from their sources regarding Wyatt’s current health nor status in the company.
It was also reported that Brian “Road Dogg” James’ recent comments about WWE had hired a writer specifically for Wyatt was also something that was not true and had contributed to the recent confusion over Wyatt’s status in the company.
