As noted before, WWE is currently very interested in potentially signing Giulia once her current contract with Stardom expires at the end of March of 2024. Giulia is currently believed to be considering either staying in Japan or going to WWE while AEW is not in consideration to potentially sign her.
Dave Meltzer reported in this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter that his sources stated that Giulia is currently believed to be leaning more towards going to WWE in 2024. Meltzer speculated that Giulia might not go to WWE right away once her current contract expires but she likely will be heading there at some point in 2024.
Meltzer also reported that besides their recent working partnership with All Japan Pro Wrestling, WWE officials have also recently expressed interest in forming a potential working partnership with Stardom as well. Meltzer reported that nothing has been finalized regarding a potential partnership but those within WWE spoken to have confirmed that there is currently interest within the company over this idea.
WWE previously had interest in Stardom in 2019 but not for a partnership but instead for a potential purchase of the company to absorb it into a potential NXT Japan brand at the time.
