Thursday’s AEW Collision drew 353,000 viewers on TNT, down from the prior week show’s 455,000 viewers. This week’s show was notable for being the Collision Spring BreakThru special and for Collision being preempted to a Thursday timeslot due to TNT not wanting AEW to go head-to-head against WWE’s WrestleMania 41 show and 2025 NHL Playoffs coverage on the network for this Saturday.
It drew a 0.08 rating in the 18-49 demographic, down from the prior week show’s 0.12 rating.
In regards to notable sports competition, the NHL game of Washington Capitals vs. Pittsburgh Penguins drew 535,000 viewers on ESPN and the MLB game of Kansas City Royals vs. Detroit Tigers drew 354,000 viewers on FS1.
The streaming viewership numbers for the simulcasts on MAX is currently not known.
Last year’s Collision show on April 20, 2024 drew 461,000 viewers and a 0.13 rating.
