NXT Great American Bash 2025 Start Time Update

As noted before, WWE recently announced that this year’s NXT Great American Bash 2025 will be taking place on July 12th at the Center Stage in Atlanta, Georgia. While no official start time was revealed at the time, it was stated that this upcoming event would be taking place prior to that night’s Saturday Night’s Main Event show in the city.

WWE recently provided an update on the official page for the event on their website stating that NXT Great American Bash will be starting at 2:30PM EST. This start time likely will be for the pre-show meaning a 3:00PM start time for the main show.

This would confirm that WWE’s NXT brand event will be going head-to-head against AEW’s All In: Texas event that same day.

MVP Comments on His Issues with Triple H Having Nothing to Do with Race But with Him as a Person

As noted before, former WWE and current AEW talent MVP was involved in an online incident in June of 2024 over a series of replies to a post on Instagram blaming WWE CCO Paul “Triple H” Levesque for being the reason why WWE never brought back the Hurt Business. MVP clarified afterwards that he never said that Levesque was a racist over the issue.

BetIdeas.com held a recent interview with MVP. One of the topics discussed included MVP expanding on his past comments made against Levesque and how his issues with Levesque have nothing to do with race but instead with him as a person.

“Let’s just say this, Bobby Lashley was a two-time WWE Champion, and after he took over, Bobby Lashley was reduced to the mid-card. Bobby Lashley is a bankable, marketable guy. And two time WWE Champion just got reduced to mid card, whatever. What I said, specifically in response to the person on my Instagram page, was that you see it. It’s my opinion of how he chooses to book certain talents. Some people say all the time that, ‘oh MVP’s just griping, MVP’s just crying’. Okay, well just watch the program. Who were the people in the top spots under his leadership? Who were given the opportunities? And I’m not talking about NXT. I’m talking about the main show. I have my opinions, based on my personal experiences. And at some point on my podcast and my YouTube show, I’ll talk about it and I’ll go in depth about what my issues are with that man.

And I’ll be honest with you, my issues with him have nothing to do with race. My issues have to do with him as a person and our personal interactions and things that he said and did that caused me to have zero respect for him. But I’ll get into that on my show. Marking Out with MVP and Dwayne Swaezey.”
