Buddy Matthews Ankle Injury Update – Matthews Underwent Ankle Surgery

As noted before, Buddy Matthews has been out of action for AEW since this past February’s Grand Slam Australia event due to an ankle injury.

Matthews provided an update on Instagram stating that he underwent ankle surgery earlier today.

“Update: heading into surgery to repair my ankle.”


Dustin Rhodes Comments on “My Meniscus Is Non-Existent In Both Of My Knees”

As noted before, Dustin Rhodes recently announced that he will need to undergo a “very invasive major” surgery soon, which was later revealed to be double knee replacement surgery.

Rhodes provided an update earlier today on Twitter stating that his meniscus is currently non-existent in both of his knees.

“My meniscus is non existent in both lol. It’s work ethic and love that pushes me through. Its people telling me to retire that pushes me even more! I am still, at 56, one of the greatest professional wrestlers in the world. Age s just a number. Sometimes you have to manifest shit and get it done. I absolutely know my time is nearing the end but NOT YET! Gotta get the world title as that should be every pro wrestlers goal.”


Hangman Adam Page & MJF Face-to-Face Segment Announced for August 13th AEW Dynamite Show

AEW announced one new segment for the card of next week’s AEW Dynamite show on August 13th at The Andrew J Brady Music Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.

This new segment announced was AEW World Champion Hangman Adam Page to confront MJF face-to-face.
