As noted before, Trey Miguel has been out of action for TNA Wrestling since this past July due to a hernia injury and surgery.
Miguel provided an update earlier today on Instagram posting a medical note from his doctor which stated that he is medically cleared for an in-ring return.

It is in my medical opinion that Trey (Miguel) may return to full duty immediately with no restrictions.
