Penta Provides Update on His Shoulder Injury From 11/24 WWE RAW Show

As noted before, Penta suffered a shoulder injury at this past Monday’s WWE RAW show in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a result of his injury, Solo Sikoa was awarded the victory over Penta to advance to the Semifinal Round in WWE’s The Last Time Is Now Tournament.

Penta provided an update on Tuesday on Twitter confirming his injury and thanked everyone for the support they have shown towards him.

“Thank you to everyone who has checked in on me. This injury tested my body and spirit, but it also awakened the strength that has always guided me. I am a Mexican warrior, forged in struggle, honor, and heart. And though the fall was hard, I rose with a fire stronger than ever.

To my rival, my deepest respect. Thank you for your professionalism and for a clean, dignified battle. I recognize your dedication and honor.

I will be back very soon, stronger, more prepared, and determined to finish what I left pending.

Thank you for standing with me… because this war still has chapters to be written.”

Seth Rollins Shoulder Injury & Potential Return Plans Update

As noted before, Seth Rollins has been out of action for WWE since this past October’s Crown Jewel: Perth event due to a shoulder injury and surgery.

A recent episode of the Something’s Burning with Bert Kreischer show featured Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Rollins providing an update on his recovery from a shoulder injury.

“Once I get [the sling] off, which is in like another month, then it might be full vacation mode for a little while, before I lock in and have to start training to get ready to come back.”

Rollins also gave his thoughts about what the ramp up looks like for his potential return date.

“It’ll probably be gradual. I don’t even really know. My guess is eight to 12 weeks of, ‘Okay, now I have to stop eating like an asshole.’ Probably 12 weeks. Plus, we’ll be moving right into WrestleMania season. I’m hoping around February, after all the holiday stuff, I can start to be like, ‘Lock in. No more BS.’”

In response to Lynch questioning a potential February return date, Rollins responded stating:

“Probably, after the Super Bowl and stuff. Give myself a month before I come back. I don’t even know. They say six months, so this could be April.”

Lash Legend Comments on Her Main Roster Call-up for SmackDown Brand

As noted before, Lash Legend made her official main roster call-up for WWE’s SmackDown brand earlier this month.

Denise Salcedo held a recent interview with Legend. One of the topics discussed included Legend’s thoughts about when she found out about her main roster call-up being official for the SmackDown brand.

“Yeah, so I got my notification that I was needed for TV, for SmackDown. I’ve been on multiple — I’ve had a lot of great opportunities on the main roster. I didn’t officially know until I got there but once I got there, it was, we’d love to officially have you on the SmackDown roster. I was just so happy smiling ear to ear. Since they told me, we’ve just been going and I’m like, alright, let’s do it.”

Legend also gave her thoughts about how she was not surprised about the notification for her official call-up.

“Honestly, no. Honestly, the past year I’ve been knowing, I’ve had a feeling in my gut since we had the storyline around this time last year with the tag division. I just knew since then like, okay, surely I should be up there soon. I’ve just been being very optimistic, it wasn’t really a matter of if, it was a matter of when. I’ve just been staying optimistic like, okay, it’s going to happen. No, I wasn’t surprised, I was very happy though when it officially did happen.”
