— As a reminder, September 8, 2011 is the next hearing date in Jeff Hardy’s criminal case in Moore County, North Carolina. The hearing will begin in the afternoon. Hardy is charged with the following offenses:

Conspiracy to traffic opium
Trafficking in opium by possession
Possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance
Felony possession of cocaine
Felony maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for using controlled substances
Misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia
