Andrade El Idolo Wins #1 Spot for Men’s Casino Gauntlet Match at All In 2026
Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite Grand Slam Mexico 2026 show at the Arena Mexico in Mexico City, Mexico featured one match to determine the top entrant spot for the Men’s Casino Gauntlet match at All In 2026.
This was Andrade Idolo defeating Komander and Tommaso Ciampa in a Three-way match to earn the #1 spot.

MJF Makes Surprise Return & Attacks Andrade El Idolo
Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite Grand Slam Mexico 2026 show also featured MJF making a surprise return.
Following Andrade El Idolo’s victory in a Men’s Casino Gauntlet #1 Spot match, Andrade gave a speech about his victory and claimed he will win the Men’s Casino Gauntlet at All In and win the AEW World title in honor of Latinos and Mexico. This led to MJF running out and attacked Andrade bloodying and laying him out. MJF managed to get back possession of his Dynamite Diamond ring.
Just as @AndradeElIdolo was reveling in his win, @The_MJF returned to attack the AEW National Champion and take back the Dynamite Diamond Ring!

MJF grabbed a microphone and demanded that someone takes that piece of trash Andrade out of his arena. MJF continued trashing the fans and Mexico and turned his focus towards his “unfair treatment” at Beach Break over Will Ospreay helping Kenny Omega to beat him for the AEW World title. MJF continued stating that he will enter and win the qualifying match for the #2 spot in the Men’s Casino Gauntlet at next week’s show. MJF stated that he will go on and win the title shot again and do exactly what he did before.

MJF then stated that Omega holds a toy title and he is the one true champion. MJF then held up his “Triple B” AEW World title and proceeded to leave through the crowd who tried to get at him.

This was MJF’s first appearance since this past July’s AEW Dynamite Beach Break 2026 show.
Brawling Birds vs. Divine Dominion for AEW Women’s Tag Titles Set for All In
Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite Grand Slam Mexico 2026 show also featured one new match announced for the card of All In 2026, which takes place on August 30 at Wembley Stadium in London, England.
This new match announced was an AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship match of The Brawling Birds (Alex Windsor & Jamie Hayter) vs. Divine Dominion (Lena Kross & Megan Bayne) (c).
This match was initially setup over recent weeks shows over Brawling Birds’ wanting to go after the AEW Women’s World Tag titles and their bad blood issues with Divine Dominion. Following Willow Nightingale & Brawling Birds’ victory over Mercedes Mone & Divine Dominion in a Trios match, a graphic was shown on the big screen officially announcing the Brawling Birds will be facing off against Divine Dominion for the AEW Women’s World Tag titles at All In.
