WWE is once again working to purchase the Mid-South video library, which is owned the ex-wife of Bill Watts. In the past the major issue was that WWE and Ene Watts and her sons were nowhere near the same area as far as price goes. WWE officials were in Georgia last week examining the quality of the footage. If WWE is able to purchase the video library, this would be the last of the “major complete libraries” available as the Memphis and Portland libraries are both fragmented and owned by multiple people.
