WWE had HD TV screens in the corners of the barricade facing the audience so fans in the first rows on the floor will be able to see the live PPV broadcast. The actual set for the event featured a giant star with a ramp heading to the ring area.
Frank Shamrock was backstage at WrestleMania 25 alongside Mickey Rourke. Just about all the legends who were at the Hall of Fame were also backstage at the show. Many family members of the WWE stars were also backstage.
WWE 24/7 is currently airing the go-home show for WrestleMania X-Seven — the March 29, 2001 episode of SmackDown. An eerie tag match featuring Chris Benoit and Test vs. Eddie Guerrero and Kurt Angle was edited out of the WWE 24/7 broadcast. However, you can see the original airing of the match on YouTube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c0eaf1NDEN4 WWE 24/7 is also airing WrestleMania X-Seven with the Chris Benoit vs. Kurt Angle match cut out of the broadcast.
Trish Stratus was not in Houston, TX for any of the WrestleMania festivities.
