— Friday’s replay of WWE Smackdown on Syfy had a social media activity score of 48,102, which made it #2 on cable TV Friday night. The replay score was slightly above the yearly average for first-run episodes of Smackdown, which is 47,028.
— Interim RAW General Manager John Laurinaitis posted on Twitter hinting that WWE Champion CM Punk will fight World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan on RAW while also building his feud with Smackdown GM Teddy Long.
He wrote: “Mulling rematch for @CMPunk & @WWEDanielBryan on #Raw. Unlike @GMSmackDown, Mr. Excitement will give WWE Universe what they want.”
This will be the third time the two have fought on WWE TV in four weeks. Daniel Bryan won the first encounter by DQ and the match on SmackDown was a draw.
