Nobody from WWE has made any sort of official comment on Edge’s status following his Achilles heel tendon surgery yesterday, but word is that it went as well as it could go. He will now have to stay off the foot for 10-14 days. He will then have to wear a rehabilitation boot at which time he will start rehabbing.
WWE apparently went back to the Cyber Sunday PPV name because some in management didn’t like the Annihilation name. The Cyber Sunday name still may end up being dropped though as WWE wants to get away from the cyber PPV concept.
