— As noted earlier, Maria and Winter will team up to face The Beautiful People (Angelina Love and Velvet Sky) on Saturday October 6 for the Family Wrestling Entertainment Back 2 Brooklyn event. — The official theme song for WWE’s Main Event is “Diamond Eyes (Boom Lay Boom)” by Shinedown. The show will premiere next Wednesday night on the Ion Network.

— Beth Phoenix will finish with the WWE in the next few weeks. As we’ve been exclusively reporting, she is leaving on good terms but is unhappy with how she and the rest of the Divas are booked on TV. Despite some websites reporting that she’ll be retiring, that is not the case. She’ll be taking an extended break from pro wrestling and will try her hand at acting. Also, there is a feeling that more Divas will leave soon as Beth is not the only person unhappy.
