The Palladium has an article up on a 12-year old Massachusetts boy, who recently received a heart transplant. He is a wrestling fan, and WWE has invited him to their event next week, which is in the area.

It looks as if the WrestleReunion lawsuit is not over. Attorneys for Sal Corrente have filed a motion on September 24th, asking for a new trial and also that a previously offered settlement from Live Nation be enforced. The motion claims that an offer of settlement was made by Live Nation, and accepted within 30-days by Corrente. Under Florida law, the judge presiding over the case could rule for the settlement as opposed to the Jury decision that ruled in Live Nation’s favor. If that doesn’t happen, the alternative request is for a new trial. This is being requested under the grounds that the Judge had ruled WrestleReunion was barred from having their expert witness, Bill Behrens, comment on whether Live Nation had “used reasonable efforts” in distributing the WrestleReunion product.
