The Chicago comedy club The Second City is getting prepared to oppose WWE’s registration of the ‘Second City Saint’ trademark.

CM Punk has used the “Second City Saint” for years before signing with the WWE, as well as at times with the WWE.

WWE is also in a trademark battle over the Fandango name.
