Backstage Update – Stacy Keibler & WWE In Talks

UPDATE x 2: As previously reported, Stephanie McMahon met with former WWE Diva Stacy Keibler about a potential return to the company.

The company is looking to bring her in for WrestleMania 30 weekend. WWE is not looking for her to return to the ring, but instead have been discussing the idea of a backstage correspondent type role. There is also talk of inducting her into the WWE Hall of Fame.

As noted late last night here on the website, WWE is attempting to bring Stacy Keibler back. We have now confirmed a previous report that Stephanie McMahon met with the former Diva last week in New York. According to sources, the two of them met for fifteen to twenty minutes and WWE made an offer lucrative enough that Keibler may consider it.
