— WWE has filed another extension in the lawsuit they are facing from Joe Hamilton and Deep South Wrestling. WWE was scheduled to file their response by 12/15 but have now filed for an extension through 1/6/10.
— Regarding Bryan Danielson, he is under contract to World Wrestling Entertainment, but basically being paid to stay at home. Considering he’s expected to bypass developmental, there has been no talk of a potential start date. Everything is on hold for the time being as he’s living in Las Vegas and training at the Xtreme Couture gym.
— Dennis Miller was on the 12/16 episode of The O’Reilly Factor and O’Reilly mentioned that Miller was on “WWF” which Miller corrected to WWE. They also showed a clip of Miller comparing Vickie Guerrero to Nancy Pelosi.
