At the annual ROTH Conference, WWE CFO George Barrios noted that one of the company’s key factors in negotiating their new cable TV deal is trying to get faster availability in airing replays of RAW and SmackDown on the WWE Network. Their current deal with NBC/Universal requires them to allow for a thirty-day window before putting them on the network and they want to cut that time down.
Speaking of the WWE Network, the company issued a mass e-mail today informing fans who had ordered the network but canceled their subscription, that they can come back and get another free week if they sign up by Saturday, March 22nd.
