— Troma Pictures has announced that they have acquired the DVD distribution rights for Pro Wrestlers vs. Zombies. Troma is known for their classic B-movie slate including the likes of Class of Nuke ‘Em High and The Toxic Avenger.
The film stars Roddy Piper, Kurt Angle, Hacksaw Duggan, Matt Hardy, Shane Douglas and more. It is about a group of wrestlers booked for a show in an abandoned prison, only to find out an army of zombies have been conjured to destroy them in order to get revenge against one of the wrestlers for something he may or may not have done.
— Serena Deeb and Reby Sky have been added to the debut show by new women’s promotion Queens of Combat. The show takes place Friday in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The two join Taeler Hendrix, Sojo Bolt, Amber O’Neale, Kimberly, Mickie Knuckles, Leva Bates, Neveah, Amanda Rodriguez and Heather Owens on the card. For more information, go here.
