Alexander Rusev (w/Lana) defeated Darren Young in the dark match prior to the WWE Main Event and SmackDown TV tapings in Boston, MA on Tuesday night. The match was held prior to the Main Event taping, which started roughly 40 minutes before it aired on WWE Network. There were some weak kicks by Rusev and faint USA chants. Rusev won with the Camel Clutch.
Cesaro defeated Kofi Kingston in the dark match after the WWE Main Event broadcast but before the SmackDown TV taping. Cesaro hit his “Giant Swing” and ended the match with a Neutralizer.
John Cena and The Shield defeated Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper, Erick Rowan, and Kane in an eight-man tag-team match following Tuesday night’s WWE SmackDown TV tapings. Wyatt challenged Cena to a one on one, Cena said he wanted Rowan and Harper out of the ring. Kane came out said it would be a handicap match with Cena vs. The Family. Vickie Guerrero came back out and made it an eight-man tag. A fun way to send the fans home happy.
