He recently tweeted about looking for new members of his stable and used photoshop to add CM Punk to a photo. It was done to create buzz and to joke with his Twitter followers.
However, the negotiations are serious and he is expected to reach a deal shortly. Both parties are interested in working together so it’s just a matter of time once he passes his medical tests, etc.
