WWE still has plans to capitalize on the Cesaro and Paul Heyman relationship, despite the two having gone their separate ways on WWE programming. According to a source, WWE is still discussing a match between Brock Lesnar and Cesaro, and the “amicable split” mentioned on WWE RAW is the beginning of a build to something bigger.
WWE split up Cesaro and Heyman because Lesnar was returning and WWE wanted to have Heyman fully involved in Lesnar’s return and his upcoming WWE World Heavyweight Championship match with John Cena at SummerSlam.
