— The Daily Mail has photos of Jimmy Snuka arriving at the courthouse for a preliminary hearing, as well as his lawyer Robert Kirwan speaking outside of the building. Snuka was charged with third degree murder for the 1983 death of Nancy Argentino. Kirwan stated that Snuka is strong enough to walk in and out of court, but he may begin chemotherapy in the next two weeks. He is trying to get transcripts of all the witnesses from the grand jury before the trial to put together a defense. Snuka is optimistic and not dreading the trial, while Kirwan believes he’ll be found not guilty of all charges.
