It is believed that neither Brock Lesnar nor The Undertaker were reprimanded for bleeding during their match at Hell in a Cell. There was said to be a lot of “commotion” in the Gorilla position with Vince McMahon, but it’s still not clear why.
However, that doesn’t mean the blood was accidental. The Observer notes that it’s not an accident or a coincidence that Lesnar did the same spot (head into the ring post) that he did at WrestleMania to draw blood. It’s also believed that Lesnar removing his gloves to punch The Undertaker was also designed to draw blood.
