ESPN is reportedly set to begin receiving the first word on official WWE news. Instances like Jonathan Coachman breaking the news of Seth Rollins being injured and vacating the WWE World Heavyweight Title are expected to be a more regular thing.
The news comes as ESPN and WWE have begun more of a working relationship that includes Coachman hosting a weekly segment on SportsCenter covering the week in WWE. The network is reportedly quite happy with the numbers that the segment has been getting. In-depth coverage of WrestleMania 32 is expected as well.
