Samoa Joe Comments on His Status for AEW All In 2026
As noted before, Samoa Joe has been away from AEW since this past May due to his filming commitments for the upcoming new season of the Twisted Metal series for Peacock.
Fightful’s Joel Pearl held a recent interview with Joe. One of the topics discussed included Joe’s thoughts about his status for AEW’s upcoming All In 2026 event in London, England.
“Time will tell. We’ll see. We’re close to the end of production out here for Twisted Metal. We’ll see how the dice rolls.”
Joe also gave his thoughts about how the wrestling locker room needs more honest people than self-appointed leaders.
“Being a locker room leader, I think leader is a weird term. I think there are certain people whose opinion people value. If I happen to be one of those people in the locker room, awesome.
I’m never one to force my opinion on everybody, but if you ask for it, I will state it, and you can do what you want with it. I think just having, not leaders, but honest people in your locker room is very valuable. I just try to maintain that, if anything.”

Rocky Romero Comments on His Praise for MyAEW Filling The Void for Triller’s Issues for The Indies
Fightful held a recent interview with AEW and CMLL talent and AEW executive Rocky Romero. One of the topics discussed included Romero’s thoughts about his praise of AEW’s MyAEW streaming service and how it has been filling the void for the indies given all of Triller’s issues.
““I think MyAEW is cool. I don’t know if it started that way, to be the home for all these different companies and a way for fans to watch and connect with companies that they wouldn’t normally maybe watch. I think it’s amazing. I think it’s going to help professional wrestling and independent wrestling tenfold and it’s already a growing platform. It’s great and especially with the issues that Triller has had and is having right now, I think this fills that void completely. It’s pretty sick.”

Daniel Garcia Comments on His Praise of Jon Moxley For “Turning The Ship Around” When It Felt Like AEW Lost Goodwill With Fans
A recent episode of the Thrive with Alex Sagot podcast featured Daniel Garcia as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Garcia’s thoughts about the period when it felt like AEW had lost their goodwill with fans and his praise of Jon Moxley for “turning the ship around” to make AEW in a better place now than it was when it was a year ago.
“AEW, I would say like a year ago, or two years ago, was in an interesting spot where I feel like it lost a lot of goodwill with the fans and a lot of the fans, you know, didn’t really feel like it was the AEW that first belonged to them. AEW was brought into the wrestling world as an alternative. It’s something to be different from WWE, and I feel like AEW got to a place where the fans felt like we weren’t really an alternative anymore. We were just kind of falling into the same patterns that other wrestling companies have fell into, and Mox, in my opinion, turned the ship around. He turned the ship around and I won’t share his story completely… It’s amazing, the thing that he told me about this but, he really decided that he needed to take control and turn the ship around and he did exactly that, and AEW is in a much better place right now than it was when it was a year ago…”
