On Twitter, WWE Hall of Famer Dusty Rhodes gave major props to WWE NXT talents Braun Stowman and Wesley Blake. The two took part in a training session/class last week. Blake’s tag-team partner Buddy Murphy has also been impressing WWE officials as of late.
Speaking of WWE developmental, the feeling is that they have all the indy wrestlers they want although a very select few may be called in over the next several months. WWE is not specifically looking for indy wrestlers but they are open to certain talents. Uhaa Nation is a recent example of someone on the indy scene that they are interested in.
Sunny Dhinsa (amateur wrestler), Zahra Schreiber (model), Dustin Mueller (body builder), Gionna Daddio (model) and Josh Woods (amateur wrestler) all recently signed deals with WWE. All of them were signed based on their looks as previously reported. Rich Swann and Asylum also took part in a recent WWE tryout but no word on if they were signed.
