As noted earlier, the Tokyo Sports website in Japan has an article up that claims Japanese pro wrestling legend Genichiro Tenryu could soon be entering the WWE Hall Of Fame, based on comments from WWE Japan officials.
Tenryu has worked a few big matches in WWE in the past, including a tag-team match against Demolition at WrestleMania VII in 1991, as well as appearances in the 1993 and 1994 Royal Rumble matches.
Whether or not Tenryu will go in the WWE Hall Of Fame in this year’s class remains to be seen.
