— Although the original documentary series has concluded on the WWE Network, WWE is not yet finished with their plans for their critically acclaimed “Monday Night War” documentary series.
According to one source, Sting, Triple H and Renee Young will all be featured in the DVD and Blu-ray release of the project, which will be called “The Monday Night War Volume 1: Shots Fired,” and will comment on each episode of the shows that air on the DVD and Blu-ray release.
The project is expected to include four DVD discs, or three Blu-ray discs, both of which will feature all ten episodes of the “Monday Night War” documentary series that originally aired on a weekly basis on the WWE Network.
“The Monday Night War Volume 1: Shots Fired” set will be available this July, with volume two of the series scheduled to be released later this year.
— WWE is currently working on a project focused on a reunion of “The Kliq.”
The Kliq “reunion” special has been in the works for several months now, and will be released on DVD and Blu-ray, with a condensed version scheduled to air as part of a WWE Network special presentation.
The project is expected to feature a reunion show, a new documentary and some of the most famous matches involving members of the infamous Kliq faction. The reunion was originally planned for September, but for whatever reason, was bumped up to a July 28th release date.
