AJ Lee is teaming up with Girls Make Games to announce the AJ Lee Scholarship contest. Those wishing to enter should submit a one-minute video of a game design concept that they would like to make a reality at the Girls Make Games to ajscholar@girlsmakegames.com. The contest is open to girls from eleven to fourteen, with the winner attending the Chicago camp free of charge, sponsored by AJ. Multiple entries are allowed, the scholarship is non-transferable and the deadline is May 15th.
Girls Make Games is a series of international summer camps, workshops and game jams designed to inspire the next generation of designers, creators, and engineers. Their mission is to bridge the gender gap in the video games industry.
