Jushin ‘Thunder’ Liger Headed To WWE NXT – Details

New Japan Pro Wrestling is sending Japanese legend Jushin Thunder Liger to appear at the NXT Brooklyn event.

New Japan has Shinsuke Nakamura, Kazuchika Okada and Kushida appearing for the Ring Of Honor event, which is also taking place in Brooklyn, New York on the same night as the NXT show.

Liger vs. Tyler Breeze will take place at the NXT event, which is scheduled for August 22, 2015.

The company took to Twitter to confirm that Jushin “Thunger” Liger will appear at the show:

Another report from a fan in attendance at Thursday night’s NXT tapings revealed that Liger’s opponent will be Tyler Breeze, posting the following:
