Backstage Update – The ‘Divas Revolution’ Storyline Plans

As was reported last week, Truple H and Stephanie McMahon have been behind the big push for the “Divas Revolution” storyline and more depth in the main roster Divas division. According to sources, the plans to change up the division have been in the works for several months now. Triple H and Stephanie have pushed for the division to focus on a better in-ring product and less of a focus solely on drama and attractiveness.

WWE officials went back and forth in the booking of Sunday night’s Battleground match between Charlotte, Sasha Banks and Brie Bella. Brie was the choice to win for a while, but of course they eventually decided to go with Charlotte.
