As you likely recall, back in February WWE doctor Chris Amann filed a lawsuit against CM Punk and Colt Cabana over Punk’s tell-all podcast interview in which he accused Amann of placing WWE’s interests above Punk’s health, as well as failing to properly diagnose a staph infection. The Cook County Circuit Court’s clerk has released new documents in the case, providing an update on where it’s currently sitting.
According to the documents, yesterday the judge in the case denied requests by both Punk and Cabana to outright dismiss the case, meaning that the initial procedural challenges have been deflected. The judge also set a twenty-eight month period for discovery in the case, where they will exchange information, obtain medical documents, depose witnesses and the like.
Amann also filed new documents in the case, though the released doc doesn’t say what it was in relation to.
Former WWE Diva Michelle McCool recently tweeted a photo of herself in a bikini on the beach. If you’re interested, you can click here to view it. How does she look these days?! Let us know! (The Undertaker is one lucky dude!)
