Triple H: ‘Bruno Sammartino Is Recovering From Back Surgery’

Triple H said during the NXT conference call this week that Bruno Sammartino has been recovering from surgery. Sammartino had back surgery after a recent fall when his leg gave out. He first realized he had back issues during WrestleMania 31 in San Jose. His leg isn’t fully recovered yet but he is walking several miles during several days per week.

Sammartino turned 80 this past week.
