Brock Lesnar has informed the UFC that he is retiring from MMA today, a UFC spokesman confirmed to MMAFighting.com.
He is also no longer in the United States Anti-Doping Agency drug-testing pool, so he is no longer officially on the UFC roster. He has also been removed from the roster on the UFC website.
Lesnar was suspended for one year by the USADA after testing positive twice for the banned substance clomiphene and was eligible to return on July 15, 2017. However, his suspension has been frozen because he is no longer in the USADA testing pool.
If he decides to eventually un-retire, he would have to re-enter the drug-testing pool and serve the remaining five months of his suspension.
