Seth Rollins Comments on His Rehab for Shoulder Surgery Has Been “Way Worse” Than His Knee Injury Rehab in 2015
Men’s Health held a recent interview with Seth Rollins. One of the topics discussed included Rollins’ thoughts about how the current rehab for his shoulder injury has been way worse than his rehab was when he blew out his knee in 2015.
“When my surgeon got in there, he was pleasantly surprised honestly. Labrum looked good and the bicep tendon was fine, so he just replaced the rotator, and the rehab has been awful. It’s been terrible. I tore my knee — ACL, MCL, meniscus in 2015, and I would say this was way worse. It’s super painful, and I find that the sleeping was extremely difficult because I’m in a brace nonstop for six weeks. So, I have to sleep in this brace, which means you have to sleep upright, and it’s really uncomfortable; you can’t get solid rest. Any sort of small movement wakes you up and triggers you and so, you can’t get into a deep sleep. You can’t get good R.E.M., you can’t get good deep sleep so your recovery’s bad, so your mood is bad, so your stress level is up and then the rehab is just painful. It’s slow and it’s painful. I was doing isometric holds for weeks, just staring at a wall for 30 seconds at a time, pushing into the wall; side, this way, that way, this way, that way, backwards, and I’m like, ‘God, this sucks.’ Once the brace came off after six weeks, had a couple weeks where it was sketchy, and now, I’m at 12 weeks right now — this week coming up — I’m good. Mobility’s good. Just gotta keep it and then work on the strength and like I said, hopefully we’re on track for sometime before April 20th or whenever WrestleMania is.”

Rumor Killer on Chris Jericho Making WWE Return at 1/23 WWE SmackDown Show
As noted before, Chris Jericho’s contract with AEW was believed to have expired at the end of 2025 and he has been absent from the company since this past April. Jericho has been rumored to be returning to WWE soon.
PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that his sources stated that the recent online rumors of Jericho making his return to WWE at this Friday’s WWE SmackDown show in Montreal, Quebec, Canada are not true. Johnson reported that the rumors of Jericho’s return originated over speculation of him appearing due to his Canadian roots and this week’s SmackDown and Saturday Night’s Main Event shows taking place in Canada.
Johnson reported that Jericho is currently advertised to perform this Friday at a JAMN Night concert event at The Anaheim Arena in Anaheim, California. This upcoming concert is part of this year’s National Association of Music Merchants gathering.
Johnson also reported that those spoken to stated that Jericho is currently expected to be at NANM for the remainder of this weekend meaning he will be in the Los Angeles area and not at WWE’s shows.
