WWE Reportedly Interested in Reuniting Enzo Amore & Big Cass For WWE Return
As noted before, former WWE talent Enzo Amore, also known as Real1 and nZo in the indies, recently visited WWE’s Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.
WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that WWE is currently interested in bringing back both Enzo Amore and Big Cass to the company. It was reported that WWE officials are also currently interested in reuniting the Amore and Cass for a potential return to the company.
It was reported that both Amore and Cass have maintained a positive relational with several WWE producers backstage including those from their NXT days.
Amore and Cass previously worked as a team in WWE from 2013 to 2017.
Big Cass’ contract with AEW is currently set to expire by the end of May.
New WWE: Made in America Documentary Set To Premiere on 5/29 After WWE SmackDown
Variety reported that WWE will be premiering a new documentary special titled WWE: Made in America on Friday, May 29th on USA Network.
This upcoming documentary is currently scheduled to air immediately following that night’s WWE SmackDown show on the network. It was reported that encore presentations are currently planned to air throughout June and on the July 4th holiday.
WWE: Made in America was stated to focus on “the evolution of a regional business into a global powerhouse, examining how the company mirrored the American spirit across five decades — from the patriotic heroes of the 1980’s all the way through to the newest generation of superstars continuing to further WWE’s American legacy.”
It was reported that WWE commentator Jor Tessitore will host the special and WWE ring announcer Lilian Garcia will give a special performance of “America the Beautiful.”
A trailer for the upcoming new documentary was recently released.
WWE Reportedly Considering ‘More Extensive’ Winter House Show Schedule
As noted before, WWE recently announced several new dates for their upcoming 2026 Summer Tour live events schedule. The reason for WWE’s decision to hold more house show events this year is believed to be due to WWE officials wanting their younger main roster talent to get more in-ring experience away from just televised shows.
The Wrestling Observer’s Bryan Alvarez reported that his sources stated that more house show events are currently expected to be added to WWE’s live events schedule for later this year. Alvarez reported that arenas have already been contacted about future dates for these events.
WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select reported that their sources stated WWE officials are currently considering plans to hold a “more extensive winter loop” later this year based on the success of the 10 events that were added to WWE’s live events schedule for this July and August.
It was reported that the financial success of the shows and their impact on talent health were the main factors to be evaluated.
It was also reported that “select main event talent” were recently approached about working the events and given the choice to decline.
It was also reported that WWE officials are currently planning for between 25 to 30 talents per live event.
