ROH star Jay Briscoe posted the following on Twitter, regarding false reports that ROH blocked he and his brother Mark from signing with WWE…

Just to set shit straight, ROH didnt block us from gettin signed to the WWE. The internet is fucking stupid

We reported here on the website that ROH talent were never actually offered contracts so there was nothing to block. They are under contract anyways. WWE did send out “feelers” to look into the possibility of offering contracts Cole and the Briscoes but those feelers were turned away.
