Santino Confirms Injury, Undergoing MRI Today

Santino Marella has confirmed reports that he injured his neck over the weekend, posting the following on Twitter…

“My neck IS in fact tweaked, not sure how bad MRI in a few mins, hoping it’s just severe inflammation causing the pain, fingers crossed!”

Santino has still been undergoing physical therapy from a bad car accident in September 2011. No word on if the injuries are related or not.
