— As expected, Kaitlyn defeated Eve Torres to win the WWE Divas title on RAW. As noted earlier, this was Eve’s final night with the company as she requested and was granted her release from the company. According to WWE sources, Eve was “burnt out” from traveling and wants to take some time off to work on outside projects. Torres has been on the road full-time with WWE since 2007. She has been working all WWE house shows and TV tapings. As of late, she has talked about getting married to her MMA fighter fiance Rener Gracie. She is also going to work on her women’s self-defense program which we posted an article on yesterday.
