Report: WWE Officials Backstage At EVOLVE iPPV Event

In an interesting development to the reports that WWN Live were potentially establishing a working relationship with WWE, According to sources, two WWE officials were at EVOLVE’s iPPV over the weekend. Company archivist Ben Brown — a “Triple H guy” — and SVP of talent development Canyon Cemen were both present at the iPPV.

In addition, EVOLVE’s Gabe Sapolsky will be backstage at WWE NXT Takeover: Brooklyn this weekend.

A report last month suggested that WWE’s discussions with WWN Live had ended without a deal. Whether this is a resumption of said talks or not isn’t known at this time.
