WWE was reportedly able to have its lawsuit against the promotion them by Nelson Frazier Jr.’s (aka Big Daddy V) widow, Cassandra Frazier. WWE successfully petitioned to have the lawsuit moved from Tennessee to the company’s home state of Connecticut, where WWE Headquarters is located.
The case was reportedly moved on August 17. In addition, WWE was able to successfully petition to have the lawsuit be joined with all the other lawsuits related to the company allegedly ignoring medical concerns for its in-ring workers and talent in relation to concussions, CTE and more on August 21.
